Awesome place with excellent amenities like the spa & wellness center, indoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff was amazing. They once helped me find my lost barrette! Highly recommend dining here too. I'm coming back for Christmas.

Good facility, possibilies for recreation and excercise. A good four star quality of food and accomodation. Would recommend to pay a little extra for "village" type of room. Two nice pool areas. Not too crowded even though the place seemed fully booked.
Busy road close to resort, unfortunately between the resort area and the beach. Beach not nearly as good as in Alcudia bay, but fun to watch kite surfers who seem to gather in this bay. Cleaning staff started 6.30 on saturday morning due to busy charter-change-day. We woke up to moving furniture noise which continued for two hours.

Its quite unique, 10 room villas, standing in magnificent gardens, with pools and wild ducks. No need to go through a hotel lobby to get to your room. Food is good and variable, although in October was not as good as May..
One member of staff was extremely rude when we checked in, actually walking away 6 times before someone else actually attended to us. Terrible, considering this was my third visit to the hotel - I put it down to a one off - but her attitude was totally unacceptable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a Maris room which was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had every food any one could ask for.
The location was too remote - in the middle of Alcudia and Puerto Pollencia - you needed a car to get to either though - unless you're a keen hiker which many guests seemed to be. There is a bus stop outside the hotel though. We had a hire car so this wasn't a problem but it would have been better if we were in walking distance of restaurants and beach - the bit of beach across the road from the hotel was horrible but nice beaches are just a few minutes drive away.

There was plenty to do for all of us. 2 Adults and 2 children. Everything very clean and well looked after. Food excellent quality allthough choice perhaps a bit limited.
The only thing we were disappointed in that the children did not have a separated bedroom from the adults. The girls are 12 years old.

The hotel's location was peaceful, right next to the sea with supermarkets and shops within walking distance. Moreover, we were 200 metres from the lake;))

lots of hot water, up to date weather forecast. on site shop and bike shop. relaxed atmospere. ability to put all bill on hotel card and just pay one bill at the end of the stay. plenty of parking. quite down at the Maris end. Always well maintained and clean - lovely grounds.
Beds a little hard. Would be nice to have kettle in the room to make a cup of tea.

Excellent location - car useful to get to best beaches (15 mins), hotel very self contained and good facilities specially for families
Last day arrangements could be better, extra room time (for late flights) were additional expense, no second meal available. Some adverse comments from other guests re Maris facilities.

Very attractive resort, good staff, very good facilities, in a good area, excellent value and would be ideal for families.
Bit too close to the main road from Alcudia to Port Pollensa but not a big problem.

Thought the layout of the grounds, pool and gardens very attractive. The room was of adequate size, decor and condition, with rear door to small patio, with table, chairs etc. with ducks coming around after you had fed them once. Reasonably priced buffet restaurant (10 Euros for dinner, with wide range of fresh and interesting food/wine. Staff helpful. A bit late in season for good entertainment, I guess. Would return.
Entertainment staff - though hard working - doing same routine (with same music) everyday a little tiresome.

Family with children enjoyed it
The staff were friendly helpful, Aria helped us all through out stay, he was really good. Beautiful and well kept grounds. Adult only zone was perfect for us.
It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable, given the quality.

Good atmosphere with cheerful, competent and friendly staff. Clientele were much the same. Pleased to see that security staff were on duty - though none werre immediately needed. Standard of cuisine was excellent with a wide choice of dishes. The location in this beautiful part of Mallorca was more than worth the visit. Our verdict? First time here, but hopefully not the last.
